about the hiatus in posts...

no, i didn't drop off the face of the earth. our overseas server decided to block blogger. oh, the humanity! so i've been unable to log-on, post, or even read your blogs. i'm way behind. today i come to you through a cyber-backdoor. shhhhhhh...

the hiatus overlapped with a time of some writer's block (i'm actually struggling to write this little update), so it's not like i had brilliant ideas swimming around in my brain with no blog to spill them onto. we're actually preparing to move back to the states, too. in 5 weeks, to be precise. so, needless to say, things are a little stressful and posting will probably be erratic, anyway. but don't give up on me!

and it would seem my posts for the next 5 weeks might have to be picture-less. my cyber-backdoor doesn't seem to be pictures-of-adorable-children friendly. bummer.
